1. What We Collect
When you use Martini, we collect the following information:
- Account information — your email address and display name
- Career data — productions, crew contacts, and roles you add or import
- Usage data — which features you use and how often, to improve the app. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used to provide and improve the Martini service:
- Powering your career archive and crew connections
- Parsing call sheets and documents you upload
- Running AI features like the crew assistant
Your data is never sold to third parties and never used for advertising.
3. Data Storage
All data is hosted on Supabase, a US-based infrastructure provider. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
4. Your Privacy Controls
- Private by default — your ratings, notes, and personal annotations are visible only to you
- Export anytime — download all your data in CSV or JSON format
- Delete everything — permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time
5. Third-Party Services
Martini uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI-powered parsing and crew assistant. Your data is not used to train AI models.
- Vercel — web hosting and delivery
- Stripe — payment processing. We never store your card details.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. Martini does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.
